Project Summary
This is a commission to extend an existing listed Georgian semi-detached house over the raised ground floor and first floor level. This extension will provide a larger reception area and new wc facilities in the residential quarters. Internally the house will undergo refurbishment to create a new penthouse on the second floor, additionla living are on the first floor and a large entertaining area at raised ground.

At the same time, a new extension is being proposed at basement level thta will be light, modern and highly energy-efficient. The surface will be a landscaped fgrass rood which means the extension will be invisible from the street because it will merge with the rest of the gardens.
